Call to Meeting Fall Conference 2026
ALRA Officers, Chapter Directors, and Past ALRA Directors,
ALRA State Director Steve Veltkamp has asked to have a ALRA Executive Committee meeting on Friday October 16 @ 7:00 p.m. at Spenard Post 28, 7001 Brayton Drive in Anchorage.
Below is a brief list of topics to be discussed:
- ROMP 2027
- Social Media use and Event Calendar (Steve and Lisa Williamson)
- Patches (Steve)
- Contact List of donors and supporters
- Treasurer’s Report (Diana)
- Chapter questions or issues.
I will be putting together a full agenda but am currently out of town.
Please let me know if there are any other topics you would like to address.
As of this moment there are no formal votes needed for any topic. All Riders are welcome to attend. Minutes will be taken and any votes must be only the Department Officers, Chapter Directors and Past Department Officers.
I would like to ensure I have a complete email roster for Directors so if you see someone missing let me know that too.
