ALR Alaska Annual Meeting
We are looking forward to The American Legion Riders Annual Meeting, in conjunction with The American Legion Family, Department of Alaska Convention.
The American Legion Riders, Department of Alaska, annual convention is hereby called for April 20, 2022 in Anchorage, Alaska. Convention business sessions will convene about 5:30 pm immediately following the Executvie Board Meeting scheduled for 4:30 pm (one hour prior to the Annual Meeting at Spenard Post 28 in Anchorage, Alaska.
MEETING NOTICE FOR THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE AMERICAN LEGION RIDERS, DEPARTMENT OF ALASKA:
Pursuant to Article V, Section A, of the Amended By-Laws of The American Legion Riders, Department of Alaska, meeting of the current elected Department Executive Committee members will be held as follows: Association Executive Committee meeting will be held during the Spring Department Executive Committee meeting€¦ 50% +1 of Association Officers will constitute a quorum. The purpose of the meeting will be to address new and pending business for the outgoing Board. This meeting will convene at 5:30 pm on April 20, 2022 at Spenard Post 28, Anchorage, Alaska.
ELECTIONS:
Pursuant to Article III, Section A, The election of Association Officers will be held annually prior to the convening of The American Legion, Department of Alaska, convention. This will be conducted during the Convention business sessions.
